TERMS AND CONDITIONS: Each Membership requires a non-negotiable 3 month commitment (cannot cancel within the first 3 months). Membership is immediately active at time of sign up / first month’s payment. In any case the member is unable to use a member treatment, that treatment will roll-over to the next following month. If unused within one month, the accrued treatment is forfeited. Membership cannot be shared. However, a member treatment can be gifted for a maximum of 3 times per year. Membership discounts cannot be combined with other Aemend Skin promos, deals, packages, and other discounts and are only valid for regular priced products and services. Membership can be paused for a maximum of 3 months per year. (flexible, if military) To pause membership, a written request must be submitted. After the minimum first 3 months commitment, the membership is on a month-to-month basis and is not obligated to a fixed term. The member may cancel at any time upon written notice. Any membership benefits will be terminated as soon as the membership is cancelled, inactive, or paused. Once cancelled, client cannot re-enroll for another 6 months from the date of termination.
